 Drone Stock Photography

We offer high-quality drone stock photography for various applications, including real estate and marketing. Contact us for licensing options.

Construction Site Monitoring

We provide comprehensive visual documentation to track project progress. Users have the right to share the provided link to their progress page. Note that the site is not password protected. We will manually add stakeholders' access with permissions on the Google site network.

 Orthomosaic Photogrammetry

We provide orthomosaic photogrammetry services using drone technology. These services are not survey-grade and should not be used as such. From time to time, users may see the WebODM quality report of the ortho taken, but this does not guarantee the accuracy of the drone mapping. We are not surveying and comply with local, state, and federal laws against surveying.

User Responsibilities

Users must ensure that they use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users are responsible for providing accurate information when setting up services.

Limitations of Liability

We strive to provide accurate and reliable services; however, we do not guarantee the precision of orthomosaic photogrammetry data. These services are not survey-grade and should not be used as such. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services.

Payment Terms

Payments for services can be made via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, direct deposit, or other terms if agreed upon in advance. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. We offer refunds under specific conditions outlined in our refund policy.

Intellectual Property and Licensing

303-Drones, LLC reserves the rights, including resale rights to other parties, of all material presented on the site unless otherwise agreed to in the licensing agreement. Clients will not automatically be given all rights and do not have the rights to pass material to other parties unless that is what was agreed upon. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Fort Morgan, CO.
